Kelvin D. Jones, III, Executive Director of the Metro Human Relations Commission (since April of 2004)

Kevin is a native of Huntsville, Alabama, and earned his baccalaureate degree from Howard University (Washington, D.C.) and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alabama. During his tenure in Metro government, Mr. Jones has served as Special Assistant for Legal Affairs to Mayor Bill Purcell, Deputy Director of the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Community Development and Director of the Metro Transportation Licensing Commission.
